At The Karmic Co, every item is printed especially for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there's a problem with your order, email us at support@thekarmicco.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and issue

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if eligible.

❌ We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes chosen by customer

• Change of mind

• Delayed delivery after dispatch
